All orders are sent with the courier companies Econt and Speedy within 3 working days, except for Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and special promotions during which the period may be extended to 14 working days, depending on the workload of the courier companies. 2. The deadline for returning or exchanging the goods is within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. After the specified period, the return of the goods is not accepted.
3. In cases of replacement, the customer must contact a representative of "Balistik" Ltd. by email, phone, or live chat on the site to confirm the reservation of the replaced item.
4. The courier costs for returning or exchanging goods to the merchant's address are at the customer's expense.
