1. Free shipping only applies to orders over 200 BGN.
2. If the total order value is less than 200 BGN, the delivery is at the customer's expense. The total amount of the cash on delivery does not include delivery, but the buyer pays the corresponding amount upon receipt of the product.
3. Discount promo codes are valid only for non-discounted goods, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. All orders are sent with the courier companies Econt and Speedy within 3 working days, except for Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and special promotions during which the period may be extended to 14 working days, depending on the workload of the courier companies. It is possible to pick up an order from the store of "Balistik" Ltd., with the address Sofia, 5 Fritjof Nansen Str., only if the products are available there.
5. Every customer of the online store " Balistic " Ltd. receives the right to review and test the goods before paying for them.
6. The price for delivery with the courier companies Econt and Speedy, published on the site, is for informational purposes only. The final amount is determined by the courier based on the parameters of the specific shipment (type of delivery, volumetric weight, etc.).

Return of goods

Conditions for returning or exchanging goods

1. The goods must be in commercial condition - unworn, without any signs of use and fit to be sold again.
2. The deadline for returning or exchanging the goods is within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. After the specified period, the return of the goods is not accepted.
3. In cases of replacement, the customer must contact a representative of "Balistik" Ltd. by email, phone, or live chat on the site to confirm the reservation of the replaced item.
4. The courier costs for returning or exchanging goods to the merchant's address are at the customer's expense.

Instructions for returning or exchanging goods

1. Pack the item in the original box or package so that it remains undamaged during transport.
2. Fill out the Return or Exchange Application that accompanies your shipment.

5. In the package you received, you will find a form with instructions for returning and refunding the amount you paid. The refund of the amount owed by us will be paid within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
6. Shipments sent to us by cash on delivery will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
