Instructions for returning goods

When returning or exchanging purchased goods, please follow the procedure described below.

Fill out the Return or Exchange Application on paper that accompanies your order. In case you cannot find the Application, you can download it HERE .

Return of goods

Conditions for returning or exchanging goods

  1. The goods must be in commercial condition - unworn, without any signs of use and fit to be sold again.
  2. The deadline for returning or exchanging the goods is within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. After the specified period, the return of the goods is not accepted.
  3. In cases of return and exchange, the customer must contact a representative of "Balistik" Ltd. by email, phone, or live chat on the site to confirm the reservation of the replaced item.
  4. The courier costs for returning or exchanging goods to the merchant's address are at the customer's expense.

Instructions for returning or exchanging goods

  1. Pack the item in the original box or package so that it remains undamaged during transport.
  2. Fill out the Return or Exchange Application that accompanies your shipment.
  3. Send the goods by courier company to the address Sofia, 5 Fritjof Nansen Str. for "Balistik" Ltd., contact phone: +359 879 616 173, +359 876 696 322.
  4. The reason for sending the shipment is your order number. WEB XXXXX .
  5. In the package you received, you will find a form with instructions for returning and refunding the amount you paid. Please enter your bank account number and two names of the account holder clearly. The refund of the amount owed by us will be paid within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
  6. Shipments sent to us by cash on delivery will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
