All orders are sent with the courier companies Econt and Speedy within 3 working days, except for Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and special promotions during which the period may be extended to 14 working days, depending on the workload of the courier companies. 4. The courier costs for returning or exchanging goods to the merchant's address are at the customer's expense.
