Delivery
1. Terms of free delivery:
Free delivery of sports clothes, shoes, sneakers and accessories is only valid for orders over BGN 200. Discount promo codes are only valid for non-discounted goods, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
In any other case, the courier service is at the customer's expense. When placing an order where the delivery is at the customer's expense, no delivery is charged in the total amount, but the buyer pays the corresponding amount upon receipt of the product.
2. All orders are sent by courier (Econt and/or Speedy) or collected from the physical store of Ballistic OOD within 3 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. 3. Return of goods
Every user has the right to return the goods purchased by him within 14 working days from the date of purchase and.
